Post-Quantum Cryptography Engineer
You design and implement post-quantum algorithms at the core of the AllEyes Resilient encryptor. You work on NIST primitives (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA), FPGA integration, and GLUON key management protocols.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize FIPS 203/204/205 algorithms in Rust and VHDL
- Design key derivation and rotation protocols for AllEyes Resilient
- Participate in ANSSI evaluations (CSPN, EAL4+) and write security targets
- Conduct security analyses (side-channel, fault injection, auxiliary channels)
- Collaborate with FPGA teams on hardware integration of cryptographic primitives
Profile
- Master's or PhD in cryptography, applied mathematics, or computer security
- Experience in post-quantum cryptography (lattices, codes, hash-based)
- Proficiency in Rust, C, Python — knowledge of VHDL is a plus
- Familiarity with ANSSI, NIST, CC (Common Criteria) frameworks
- Secret Défense clearance appreciated or ability to obtain it
Senior FPGA Developer
You develop and optimize the FPGA bitstream of the AllEyes Resilient encryptor on FPGA AMD. You are responsible for the hardware architecture of the 800 Gbps encryption pipeline and high-speed network interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement FPGA cores for ML-KEM-1024 and ML-DSA-87 in VHDL/SystemVerilog
- Optimize the encryption pipeline to reach 800 Gbps line-rate
- Develop high-speed network interfaces
- Set up simulations and test benches (ModelSim, Vivado)
- Participate in the secure bitstream update process (FPGA secure boot)
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in FPGA development on Xilinx/AMD platforms
- Proficiency in VHDL, SystemVerilog, HLS (Vitis HLS)
- Experience on FPGA or high-performance SmartNIC cards
- Knowledge of networking protocols (Ethernet 400G, PCIe 5.0)
- Interest in cryptography and hardware security
Secure Embedded Systems Engineer
You develop the embedded software layers of the AllEyes Resilient encryptor: management firmware, Linux drivers, configuration and monitoring interface. You ensure isolation and integrity of the execution environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded firmware (Rust/C) for AllEyes Resilient lifecycle management
- Write Linux drivers for the PCIe host interface and cryptographic operations
- Implement secure boot and hardware chain of trust (TPM, HSM)
- Integrate the GLUON protocol for automated key management
- Design secure OTA firmware update mechanisms
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Linux embedded systems development
- Proficiency in Rust and/or low-level C, kernel module writing
- Knowledge of HSMs, TPMs, and secure boot mechanisms
- Experience in hardware debugging (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyser)
- Familiarity with embedded security frameworks (IEC 62443, ANSSI guides)
Business Developer OIV / Defence
You grow CryptOps' client portfolio among Operators of Vital Importance (OIV), defence administrations, and national security agencies. You have a strong command of public procurement cycles and digital sovereignty challenges.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with OIVs across the 12 vital sectors
- Lead responses to tenders (public procurement, OVI, local authorities)
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners (ANSSI, SGDSN)
- Represent CryptOps at specialised trade shows (Milipol, Eurosatory, FIC)
- Qualify client requirements and coordinate PoC phases with technical teams
Profile
- 5+ years of B2B commercial experience in cybersecurity or defence
- Established network with OIV CISOs, ministerial CIOs, or BITD stakeholders
- Knowledge of public procurement (UGAP, purchasing centres, OVI tenders)
- Command of the OIV regulatory framework (LPM, sectoral decrees)
- Secret Défense clearance (or equivalent ITAR/EAR for the US market)
